The rag rug is awesome! How is it done?

Thanks! The short answer is that it's a braided rag rug, using the braid-as-you-go method. Basically, this tutorial. I am not trying very hard to make sure the strips of fabric are the same size, and I'm not minding the edges of the fabrics being exposed. I'm also using the no-sew method of joining more strips of fabric as I go, and just kind of having fun with it? So far it's turning out well!

So Zuko and the Unagi: Do the Kyoshi know that they're, like, buddies, or is Suki very emphatically turning away and closing her eyes because nope nope nope? And I'm waiting for a Sokka-Zuko moment where Sokka is like "I am the Wolf" and Zuko just gives him A Look and glows and the Wolf is like Oh shit

I mean, they didn’t see Zuko cuddling with the fish. That bit sort of came before they were alerted to the situation. But Zuko definitely did cuddle with the big murder fish and Iroh definitely had to drink a lot of calming tea while that happened. The Kyoshi Warriors showed up when the Unagi did its job of acting as town herald for weird shit by just screaming until somebody came to see what it was screaming about. Then there’s just this kid and his entourage on the beach, and they ask a few questions, take no for an answer and go back to their ship. And then as the wooden ship what the fuck goes back out to sea, the Unagi is very obviously stalking them (that dorsal fin is not great for stealth) but in the protective patterns that it usually uses around the Island instead of the hunting patterns it uses around large schools of fish. And then they all go and reevaluate their own security protocols and get very much into their training and definitely don’t freak out when they get rumors from the mainland about the Bandit Prince. Everything’s fine. Everything is absolutely fine. They didn’t hallucinate it, they swear, but everything’s fine, and they have nothing to worry about, and everyone needs to learn how to use really sharp fans right now.

Sokka: *does his angry wolf snarl*

That ask thing, this one: • get randomly assigned as your lab partner for a whole semester, • get trapped with on a broken elevator for ten hours, • get as my employee trainer for my new job at McDonalds, And uh Thrawn, Obi-Wan, and uhhhh Dooku :)) ;)

Ooh this is easy!

Thrawn as the employee trainer. Give that man a month and you can work in every company in the world, even when gained at McDonalds. And doesn’t treat his subordinates like trash, but values them. 10/10 choice.

Obi-Wan as a lab partner because he’s responsible and likely won’t create a mess. Also a whole semester working with him would be fun.

10 hours in an elevator with Dooku - based on the assumption that he can’t kill me because in that case I can bother him for 10 hours straight about everything from baby Padawan Qui-Gon to how absolutely stupid he is for following Sidious.
