SuperkaPOWer special moment for me at the @komencolorado #denver #raceforthecure was meeting Grace. Talk about #serendipity... I asked her how many pink ribbons were on her hat (how many years since her diagnosis) (because there were so many too many to count) and she said 42! And then she continued that she just celebrated her 42nd birthday for the second time cuz she was diagnosed at 42 and she just hit 42 years cancer free. I was also diagnosed at 42. And she put in 5k for the race at 84! #micdrop Grace is a lot to live up to but I'm game.
