Today on things I didn't know I needed, League of Legends' "Arcane", a mini series by Netflix who will drop the whole season by arcs (arc 1 is up now!).

I know next to nothing about LOL aside from it releasing music videos with great animation and having some cool designs.

The animation style is gorgeous, each frame looks like living concept art. The animation is fluid, the voice acting is great and the best of all, this is just no cash-grab or a promo to get you to play the games, the story unfolds and gives you enough clues to understand the world even if you knew nothing about it.

It has a compelling narrative, following the tale of two sisters through their childhood and eventually young adulthood, Powder (Jinx, above blue haired) and Vi (VI, pink haired), plus some other characters that get some good screen time and are set to play a role later on the story. Plus the characters design is just *chefs kiss*, look at the first picture, even between the sisters each character has different facial features and body, they all move different, which is a small detail but it adds so much personality.

Bonus: The city spots a decaying art deco architecture and inspiration, the windows, doors, lifts; plus it's "concept art" art style and colorful but dark color palette fits the show's vibe so well. In conclusion, even you don't play LOL give this a chance, if the art style doesn't catch your attention, the cast or the plot might.

Yes you can. Im aware of some comics/books but if you have something in mind, some pages/panels you would like to see. 

Can I use your edits as my BG/avatar/RP/etc?

Yes, its official art. I only ask to not reupload or claim them as your own, specially the cleaned panels, they took time.

From where is the panel/art/content?

I tag the source as “Source:name” or “source:”+”name”, I will add the issue number or the series name.

How do you get the textless/clean panels?

I redraw them myself. Sometimes I clean the complete page and use bits for edits, if you want it send me a message and I will post it, I forget to.

Do you follow back/ Who do you follow?
