I’ve been consistently hitting the gym and changing my nutrition and I’m 15lbs down!
The fact that I no longer have to be with a man that was jealous of my success and perpetually insecure also helped me drop all that cortisol (stress) weight! I’m so so proud of myself. I’m gonna be looking FINE walking down that stage as a DOCTOR of psychology! 💪🏽🤓🎓
