“You look so fucking stupid,” Lekky chirps, his lips quirked in a teasing smirk in the middle of Elias’ phone screen, “Does it still hurt?”

Elias pouts—c’mon, it’s the first bruise he ever got from the first real fight he ever took part in—and won. Lekky should be drooling over him, talking up how big and tough and badass he looked.

“Yeah, I think,” Elias whines, feeling wholly unappreciated by the guy who’s supposed to be his boyfriend, “you should come over and kiss it better.”

Lekky snorts, but… he can’t really resist indulging Elias—he leans in, and Elias’ phone turns black as Lekky’s lips fill the screen, an exaggerated smacking sound to go with it.

“There you go, idiot, get better soon.”
