The official English translations tell us what we already knew: Cloud loved Tifa as a kid. Tifa loved Cloud as an adult. But when Aerith was around, his attention was directed towards her and not Tifa. When both ladies are present, Cloud prefers Aerith. Nojima says things didn’t go well between Cloud & Tifa, Tifa says they aren’t a “real” family, and Tifa doesn’t know if Cloud loves her. Cloud seeks Aerith at the end of FFVII (Promised Land) & the end of AC/C (flower fields). Cloti isn’t canon.

I got 2 asks of these nature. I will not be responding to any further asks, you are obviously trying to bait me into a fight because of your insecurity over Cloud and Tifa’s love. Keep repeating whatever you need to, keep butchering the characters and story to make your ship valid and make you feel better about yourself. I don’t give a shit.

I’m not dead!
