except that what youre saying happens a lot in the kh fandom happens maybe 3% of the time in the kh fandom. even in fics that take place in canon, the age difference isn't fetishized. i'm sorry if i seemed angry
except it’s not just people fetishizing the age difference that’s the problem. it’s the whole thing about not seeing how skewed and inequal the power balance between axel and roxas is. in canon axel basically teaches roxas all he knows so axel could tell him anything and he’d believe it. if axel was in fact a predator he could easily take advantage of roxas’ naitiviety and i have seen that aspect romanticised and made out to be funny or cute many, many times in the fandom. and that’s fucked up.
dude you take kingdom hearts way too seriously. shipping a fictional pairing such as akuroku in AUs where they're the same age has nothing to do with supporting irl child rape. or child rape, period. also, akusai isn't any more canon than akuroku, or sadder, and "akunoku" was started as a joke, so when you put that in your sidebar as a serious thing, you look like you just walked out of the bathroom with toilet paper stuck to your foot

i really don’t give a fuck if you ship akuroku in au where they’re the same age, that’s not what i’m opposed to. it’s the romanticising of a an unhealthy relationship between an adult and a minor who is incapable of consent that happens a lot with the akuroku fandom.
