There's a case being investigated in my town about a clown who chased some kid down the street a few days ago. this year is garbage and is the worst

THIS YEAR IS THE DEFINITION OF WORST! I AM SO DONE. thats fuked up! i hope you’re safe/okay (and that kid and the town in general)

thanks Rachel xD keepin it nice and simple for me :3 but seriously this whole thing honestly sounds like plot to a bad movie???  I just hope anyone in areas where these morons are running around stay safe.
