It's been a while since I posted anything significant on training... summer was mostly maintaining strength and enjoying time on my bike and trails with Ruby and Max! And then just like clockwork as we near fall (and eventually winter) my body says ok, time to lift heavy and get strong!! haha Easing back into some heavy stuff... today, lower body / leg day. Some easy reps at 385lb for squat with belt and light wrap. Walking lunges with 40lb vest and 35lb dumbbells.
