Ah Gram!
He is still living in his parent's house during canon, and his mom and dad know his friends well, especially Black. His mom pegs Gram's crush on Black far before Gram himself realizes. Later on, when they begin dating, and eventually move in together, she makes them dinners pretty often, always telling them both to come and get food, especially the sweets that Black likes.
Surprisingly to everyone, including Gram himself, that once he has his own place to take care of, and not just a room in his parent's house, he really enjoys the household care and cleaning chores. He'll spend a whole day organizing the kitchen, and Black's and his place is tidy and decorated in a style that fits them both - not stylish or gaudy, but comfortable. The little toys Gram got Black (yes he got them for Black, dw) sit on the coffee table.
Gram believes in ghosts, and is scared of them, and doesn't watch horror movies (relevant to my fic in the works!)
