Grapes : 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Parellada Gramona Imperial is versatile and can be enjoyed by itself, with appetizers, with tapas, or throughout the term of a coursed meal. 
The first thing I always notice in the glass is the luxurious fine line of bubbles streaming to the top. With a beautiful complexity, intermingled aromas of apples, peaches, aniseed, fennel, freshly baked bread and hints of citrus peel waft to the nose. On the palate, I find an enjoyable confirmation of the delicate aromas, with a creamy and velvety, yet bright, mouthfeel. The finish is long, with encores of pleasant citrus peel and toasty, nutty undertones. Delicious! No longer labeled as CAVA, now the term CORPINNAT takes the former place of ‘Gran Reserva’ on the front label.
