Brew #39: 8° Brewing Grand Stretch IPA
ABV: 4.2%
Served: Chilled
Aroma: fruit cocktail, hint of cedar
Pour: Opaque amber gold with a finger of white froth.
Taste: Warm spicy fruit upfront with a hop bite cutting through the initial sweetness very quickly. Dry finish. A bit severe on the hop side, I would prefer a lot more of that fruit at the start as promised on the nose. Not sure I could session on this but it’s a pleasant stand alone sup. It did improve as it went on.
