The monster

The model has been done for a while now, but I was struggling with the lighting for the entire street scene. Decided to take a break--which I have found always helps with roadblocks--and instead rendered this fella on its own.

The old man [:

Took a little bit of a break while a beloved friend came to visit, so when I sat down last night I wasn't sure if I would remember the steps. Luckily, I was able to model this little guy without any tutorials or guidance! Yippee!!

Now, it's time for the monster <3

worked on the old man and monster tutorial by Grant Abbitt two days ago and i got so sucked in that i ended up playing with it for four hours. now that i know what i'm doing, i'm going to redo this one without the tutorial (i want to play more with the monster shape) and then do a render of it [:
