I've finally figured out what I want to have for my 16th birthday...

A GRAPHIC PAD/TABLET!

I've always loved art/drawing/sketching/doodling and the lovely sort. And I enjoy it a lot. But the sad thing is, I only draw when I'm bored or when I want to release some emotions. It's like, a hobby I love but rarely do. I don't quite do it all day and all night. I just draw when I feel like drawing. But I really do want to draw more. I just feel like I don't achieve anything after doing so.

It's actually the only proper talent I have and I'm actually not bad at, and I wouldn't want that to go to waste. People know about my "skill" but I never got the chance to share it properly and enhance it because all I ever use is pen/pencil/ and paper, and when I'm finished, I keep them in my binder and hide it away from the world. I'm not really the type who'd go like, "Hey look what I made!" It's actually more of a "Hey what's that?" and I just be like, "Huh? Nothing..." But to be honest, I really do want people to see my artworks so that they could critic them. But then it's scary since they're right in front of you. :(

That's why, I'd like to have a graphic pad/tablet. I want to do something different. Instead of just using pencil and paper to draw something and end up hiding it away, I could draw things through the computer and post it here on Tumblr. Drawing something on a paper and showing it to everyone sounds boastful to me (though I don't have the intention to), but it doesn't when I post them on Tumblr.

Also, I barely color my drawings because they'd look ugly when I use either color pencils, crayons, or oil pastel, for I can't control myself well yet. And I can't paint well either. But coloring using the computer is way easier, and they look better.

So if I do get a graphic pad/tablet, I would be so happy. And when I get one, I wouldn't ask for any gift for my next 5 or more birthdays. It equals to that. And I swear, I would do my best to keep drawing different stuff and I would post them on here. I am so praying for this. And for my parents. Hahaha.
