graphic pullover
Thank goodness vintage band tees are in style- they make me feel way cooler than I actually am. Really, any graphic tee makes me feel effortlessly chic. Like, oh hey, I woke up like this :) Total illusion! I, in fact, did not wake up like that! It’s just so easy to build an outfit around them. Throw on some distressed denim and huge sunglasses, and I promise you’ll feel like you’re the rockstar yourself.
This pullover is my new graphic on rotation. It’s soft and so, so cozy! I love that it’s not bright white. I think the cream color gives it an even more vintage feel. It’s a mid-weight sweater, so it will still be great to wear in spring and summer with shorts. (If it ever even gets warm here!)
I’ve been coveting these white slides making their way around instagram for a while now. I was a little hesitant to purchase because even though they were so cute on everyone, I was scared I might look like a nice elderly man headed straight to Florida during snowbird season :) Good news, they look more designer dupe than Miami Vice, and I love them. They feel really well made and I think they will hold up for multiple seasons. They run true to size. (I normally go up 1/2 size in slides, but I would recommend getting your usual size, as these are a little extra roomy.)
Anytime I wear a band tee, I’m always petrified some stranger will quiz me on certain songs or lyrics, haha! I have no idea why I have this unnecessary fear. But rest assured, I only wear bands that I actually like, and I always make sure I know some lyrics so that I can belt them out if the occasion did arise :)
If you prefer a dark colored top, here’s a link to this pullover in black. You can’t ever go wrong with The Rolling Stones and if you want a splurge, this tee is amazing. For a more budget friendly option, I purchased this pullover today and am already in love. It’s also a good option if you want this style, but without a specific band name.
