Hopefully tumblr doesn’t kill the quality on this because I absolutely ADORE how this turned out.

It’s a typography project for my Graphics Communications class. Using only words to make up everything we had to make a music poster advertising.

My gay ass decided to make a Panic! Poster advertising a pride concert. I love how this turned out.

Did a session on letterpress in the printmaking room as I chose the letters that I've used. I've also used colours such as red, green, blue and yellow. What's really interesting about my work is that when the letters overlap they create colours such as purple and orange. However, there were problems where the colour didn't go through the letterpress block properly. Overall, this session was useful as this was inspired by David Wolske who uses this technique to plan his work.

Updates & Changes

As much as I love having my own site, I tend to be rather clueless about what works and what doesn’t.  Combine that with the fact that I begin my Graphics Design/Communications classes tomorrow, and you have a perfect storm of creativity in flux!
