I've been a Mariocest shipper for as long as I've had conscious thought and that's not even like. A Joke. Four year old me loved these two. They're my everything my comfort my ol reliable my classic my default.
They're a team that can't be beat a dynamic duo a bonded pair eachother's perfect half. Where there is one Mario bro there must be another, together forever, do not separate.
They can be Wholesome and Sweet, they can be Competitive and Rude. They can be independent, they can be clingy and possessive. They can be trapped under each other's shadow, they can be each other's hero. They can hit all the Shipcest notes of both Wholesome and Toxic at the same time, or they can do neither and be so normal.
I personally love them as this Lovey Dovey Brotherly Pair, Romantic or Platonic I don't care, I just know they're each other's best friend, the person they're the closest to, their other half. They can't imagine their lives without the other
