how does one live after experiencing the absolute high point of human existence aka now and then with john’s much younger voice and Paul’s much older, representing the passage of time and how love overcomes that and everything else? huh? how do i live after this??

grateful for:

- soothing showers - empty sinks - long, fast paced walks - my love being so patient with me always - hearing a good song that i haven’t in a while - the dopamine rush from accomplishing tasks - the ability to rest - getting chills from a good song - feeling tingling in my feet from a good walk - sun shining through the kitchen windows - working myself thru big emotions
