Sometimes you walk into a new studio space prior to teaching and read the room, and a feeling of good energy comes for what will unfold in the workshops ahead. This is how I felt as soon as stepping into #FabrykaEnergii in Wroclaw, Poland. A state of the art Iyengar Yoga studio, big windows with great sunlight, quiet neighborhood and a HUGE room for movement and meditation. I had a nice afternoon practice all to myself here getting the lay of the land prior to teaching. I am grateful for the opportunity to arrive here and share the gift of yoga.
