Aw, I liked dodging first, then counter attacking. It was really satisfying.

it was nice! But for how we wanna take combat it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense and it added a layer of difficulty that was really annoying. The dodge then parry setup was there for the more skilled folks and was more of an option for them only. We want the parry to be the equivalent of the Hammer in Mario RPG series.
