hello!! I just finished reading what has been posted of this fic so far! I wanted to start doing reviews of fics and if people like them I will take request and maybe even start talking about them via youtube or if people want to start a destiel fic reading club! let me know! anyways to the review
I know this fic is not complete yet but I have read everything to this date! First off this fic has a really interesting plot! I don’t want to spoil anything but it has something in it that i’ve never read before in a fic. lemme give a fair warning if you are reading for smut, this is not the fic for you, maybe that will change with future update but yeah just wanted to say that. the writing is clean and done well. There is also really cute art attached to most chapters done by PurgatoryJar, props to them because the art is freakin amazing. some of the best fandom art i’ve seen. I recommend this fic for sure but keep in mind it is really slow. Probably one of the slowest build ups i’ve read and I skimmed a little when I just couldn't wait anymore to find things out. Other than having a slow build, its a great fic and y'all should check it out! Also this is not a completed fic, the author updates every second tuesday of the month I believe. Dean’s favourite coffee shop, The Graveyard Shift, is only open after the sun goes down. Which is perfect for him, because that’s exactly when he craves coffee the most while doing the overnight at the fire hall. The coffee shop’s owner is pretty perfect too, but it’s kind of a bummer that Dean never gets to see Cas during the day. In a world where the supernatural live more or less in peace with the rest of humanity, it’s a little impolite to ask Cas just what he really is - or what his dark past entails.
