In a competition of population and geographic size, America could crush the UK with its bare hands. The literally does nothing to contradict op’s point that London is bigger than its landmarks and ‘London has fallen’ is a weird title because it implies every shop, school and multi-storey carpark in London is in chaos. but go off I guess

But while op was going “hee-haw you Americans think your cities are so big” it’s the same for apocalyptic events here, too. like you couldn’t really say “all of Chicago is in flames” either, even if you just meant the city proper-- I went to school downtown (near the Medical district) and was miles from the theatre district or museum campus
Idk I think the whole post was dick-measure-y and annoying, most major world cities are too big to fall entirely
