#Repost @refugees (@get_repost) ・・・ The home of @Guinness is giving refugees and asylum-seekers a new chance in Ireland, on an 8-week pint-pulling training course 🍺. . Eight weeks are spent in a training facility, where students are equipped with the training and skills they’ll need to pull pints, work cash registers and do interviews for jobs in the future. This is followed by four weeks placement working in hotels, retail or the Guinness Storehouse, the 116-year-old building that serves as the multi-storied, interactive visitor centre that tells the story of Ireland’s favourite–drink. . In Ireland, the asylum process can take a long time. However, the government is now introducing the right to work for asylum-seekers. This unique programme helps refugees develop practical skills during this time. . #Ireland #Dublin #Guiness #GravityBar #bartending #withrefugees
