Shout out to my man Bryan, who has been busting his ass, and has made gigantic strides over the last couple months. I've known Bryan for a handful of years now, and for a long time he had talked about wanting to train. He finally committed in November, and has shown a HUGE increase in his strength and endurance, so much so that he often surprises himself on what he's capable of doing. 💪🏃🏋 After a really tough workout Saturday, the middle picture was sent to me on Sunday.
