Villain Swap: Musical!Beetlejuice and Bill Cipher [but mostly Beej]
Act I Lydia would be a prime target for Bill to manipulate and make a deal with. He would trick her into allowing him to possess her so he can build a portal under the guise of helping Lydia see her mom. Barbara and Adam would advise against this and would try to convince Lydia of how abusive and manipulative Bill is being. Lydia eventually learns for herself and tries to get rid of Bill, but cannot force Bill out of her body on her own due to the way the deal was worded. Barbara and Adam possess her body too, and help Lydia expel him from her body.

Beetlejuice in Gravity Falls? Villain turned friend arc. After Dipper accidentally summons him, Beej would terrify the twins. Dipper and Mabel would try to get rid of him. (It might be fun if the twins tried to hide Beej from Stan at the beginning, since they don't want to get in trouble for letting a demon loose in the Mystery Shack.)
Mabel would be the first to befriend Beetlejuice, because of COURSE she would. Dipper is off having his own adventure for the day and is not privy to the circumstances that lead to him finding Mabel, Waddles, and Beetlejuice having a princess tea party in the attic.
Mabel would invite Beetlejuice to join in on crafts and games as long as he promises to be nice, and he agrees because he likes any positive attention and Mabel takes it upon herself to encourage him to express his chaos in a healthy way.
Stan and Beetlejuice would have a VERY interesting dynamic. Like, if an indignant Dipper told Stan about a scheme Beej has cooked up, I can see Stan react like:
Stan: "Ugh, what's WRONG with that guy? That's his plan?"
Dipper: "Right? I mean that's such a twisted and cruel-"
Stan: "[Scheme element] is such a beginner mistake! No conman worth his salt would ever consider doing that. I'll go and show him what a REAL scheme looks like!"
Dipper: "That's...that's not the point..."
