Finally time to post Mari Lwyd again! The Welsh festive tradition where a dressed up horse skull turns up at your door, insults you, and then steals your booze. Mari Lwyd (Gray mare) is an old Welsh tradition where a horse skull is dressed in a white sheet and decorated then is paraded from house to house to challenge the occupants to an exchange of rude rhymes called pwnco, when she wins she is admitted into the house and is treated to drinks and snacks.
