was rereading Frankenstein before i watch the film: i remember crying after reading the book the first time (i was 11) and i cried this time as well because of the persistent thought that what if victor frankenstein was normal dad to the creature he birthed, instead of being straight up terrible, ruining lives. victor is the average man, wants kids but won't be a dad to them.
