5 Things I Like About Myself

1. I like that I try to be nice to people. I know a lot about what hurts, and what  comes off as dismissive or disinterested or anything, and I try not to do that to people when I'm talking to them. And I try to be encouraging and not intimidating and stuff, because talking to people is scary enough without people making it worse, intentionally or not. And I like the reaction I get. "You're so sweet" is a beautiful compliment. :)

2. I like what happens when I write. I really like the feeling of finding the "perfect" words, and putting then in that order that just expresses what you want to say. What you really mean. And everything flows and the words sound crisp and soft and mellifluous all at once, and it shows you, like your voice never could.

3. I like my voice when I sing Disney songs. (Especially in the shower.) 

4. I like the thing I do with abstract concepts and colors. I kinda like that each letter and number, and words and subjects, sometimes, all have colors. And I like telling people about them. It's a bit of a challenge to describe, but it's fun that people sit down to talk to me for that long. And I like that my favorite color is 4. (Besides the green on my blog.)

5. I like my sense of humor.

1.Tell us about someone you want to know?

My obvious choices would be current celebs, but I wish I could've gotten the chance to meet Bob Ross. He was probably the first person to really inspire me into pursuing art. He's so chill and his shows were just amazing.

2. Do you like your pillows firm or soft?

A combo of both? But more so on the soft side I guess.

3. Weirdest dream you every had? (Day dreaming counts)

Oh man, my whole life has been a weird dream.. 

4. How tall are you?

Around 5ft 2in ?

5. Would you ever live on an extra-terrestrial colony if given the opportunity?

I'm down for it-- but if it ends up like Roanoke, you can count me out.

6. What was you biggest childhood fear?

The dark. And it still is. (never going to get over it)

7. Dream vacation?

The Netherlands! Or any mountainous, foresty place with Hobbit Holes.

8. What gets you riled up?

People who are just flat out rude and arrogant.

9. Bus or train?

Haven't had outstanding experiences on either, but I guess train.

10. How do you do your hair?

Usually down b/c it's thick and a hassle to do.

11. Nicknames? 

Vicky and Micky b/c my 3 yr old cousin still hasn't learned my name... even though I correct her every time. :T

You're not short! You're of average height. Not tall, but trust me, you're not short. Be grateful you don't have to ask for help reaching the dishes in the top cabinet.

good point, you're right. i guess i can be a bit insecure about my height sometimes.

I'm sorry. If you missed a day, shouldn't you get an extension? Hope it all works out dearie.

That's what I thought!! But she implied that I don't need an extension because of the weekend...

I'm gonna email her to see if I can have a one day extension.
