This black doublet with beautiful silver embroidery was first spotted being worn by Patrick Stewart in a 2005 episode of 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒔. As 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒔 has a history of costume reuse, this piece likely originated with an earlier production, though where that might be has yet to be uncovered. The costume was seen again on Sope Dirisu as Mr. Malcolm in the 2022 motion picture 𝑴𝒓. 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒎’𝒔 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕. Do you know where this piece may have originated? Make it so
I'm with Patrick. That's the reason I'm so annoyingly vocal. Too many underrepresented groups (lookin' at you, white women!) are complacent or even complicit in their own marginalization, putting not just their own but their children's hard won rights in danger, so those of them with enough spine to stand up for themselves are more easily ignored. So I add my voice to the chorus, as an ally, hoping I can help them be heard. Make it so.
STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION - JANUARY 9, 2026 - RANDOM PHOTOS
Jean-Luc Picard
This is a picture of Jean-Luc Picard, who was the captain of the USS Enterprise in Star Trek: The Next Generation, which was aired over twenty years after the original Star Trek series finished. He's played by the English Shakespearean actor Patrick Stewart, who is also known for his work on the stage for Hamlet and other plays, the X-Men films, I, Claudius, and other TV and film work. He's also currently in Star Trek: PIcard, which is set some decades after TNG.
Star Trek Day is today, and we wanted to shout-out the amazing people of this fandom. From every cosplayer we have seen to any Trek celebrity we've met, we can't think of a single #Trekker who hasn't been passionate or nice. Thanks to all of you, and LLAP!
“Forever the boy, who with an errant turn of a skeleton key broke the universe in his own heart, no more."
okay this might be a lil niche (who am I kidding, my whole page is niche 🥴) but now that the semester is finally over I've been binging Star Trek TNG and Voyager, so I wanted to paint one of my favorite scenes from Picard
