International Beer Day is today (2 August 2024). Reflecting back on my trip to Prague in 2019, Czech beer in Czechia is so much better than it is in other countries. You need to go there to see for yourself! Shown in the photo are bottlecaps from a few of my other favorite beers.

A celebratory Yeti was necessary, but this one has EVERYTHING: BARREL-AGED, BLACKBERRIES, and VANILLA. I totally missed Yeti Awareness week, but am happy that so many options are still on draft. Not you, Macaroon Yeti. You are only available in cans. * I am also excited to mention that I will have a bigger role in the next Course, but more on that later. I took the course because I know there are things I don’t know about malting and hops, and honestly, apparently quite a few brewers don’t know either!
