Lorde - Melodrama (2018).....I’m not a real fan of her music, it’s just not what I would normally listen to. But last year I had a chance to see her perform at a summer festival. The weather was awful, it was raining, windy and the grounds were wet. Just seen Slowdive perform and was about to leave but there was so much talk about her new album that I decided to check her out. Planning to just see her perform couple of songs and leave but I ended up staying for the whole show. She had an incredible stage presence and charisma and what a performer she was! She knew how to move the crowd and have fun with the audience. I was truly captivated by her powerful performance. That doesn’t mean I enjoy her music now but have high respect towards her as a musician and performer.
