Spinnerette, the webcomic where the descendant of Anne of Green Gables is a Canadian superhero, flirting with an apparent incarnation or relative of Pippi Longstocking. Did I mention that "Green Gable" is a man, but wears a dress because the costume has been passed from mother to child for generations?

Contemplating Ennerdale
This is my favorite photo from our recent holiday in The Lakes. It is taken from Green Gable looking down to the Ennerdale valley flanked by Pilar on the left and the High Stile ridge on the right. Sian is contemplating the view.. not a bad coffee break spot!
