Two months from today we'll be opening an official door to TERRA(α) for the third time since I took over running The Green Cat. From what I gather, before Sveta handed the keys over to me two winters ago it had been about 2,067 years since a "show" door had been opened to my version of Earth. We've done a bunch of crazy stuff in the past couple years, but bringing this place back to TERRA(α) was one for the archives.
Bringing it back last time for Show II, even after all the threats and hissy fits from 'you know who' and his mother-in-law (that one still seems strange; I'll never get used to all these temporal twists), made me very happy. And this next one is shaping up to be something unprecedented.
How do you plan for a special guest like him? (Not to mention whichever of his siblings decide to join him - and you know at least a couple of them will.) How do you book entertainment for the Lord of Stories? It's a great line-up, no doubt, and the MC says not to worry, but one still has to wonder. Perhaps we should invite a few of his old friends.
(NTS: Talk to Naveen about that lovely gal we had tea with in Vienna. I know that she and D spent some time together when he was in possession of her homeland and she has a great voice. Maybe we can get her to sing a torch song.)
I’ll send Toki to talk to his major domo. We can at least be sure to have whatever he likes to drink. Which raises the question; does he drink anything? I hope he will at least try a ‘Walleh Shot’.
