This bright green dip is full of the flavors of avocado, parsley, chives, and tarragon. You can dip chips, crackers, or vegetables in this creamy vegan dip.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves. 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped. 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the garlic, parsley, chives, tarragon, and avocados in a food processor and blend them together. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. To taste, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together again. Place the dip in a bowl for serving. Serve right away or put in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
