made this red velvet cake for holy eid al-adha :)
While frosting this cake with chocolate ganache I faced a lot hassle but the final outcome just worth the effort.Â
Mini chicken chap and butter garlic naan routi served alongside green dip and tomato sauce. Although the chicken chap looked a little bit in a size, it was really juicy and flavorful. And to add an extra bit of freshness and spice, I made green dip sauce as well.Â
Too much sweet alert âşď¸. I wanted to have some different kinds of dessert amid this summer season and mango mania continues nowadays, which finally took the form of mango peda. Itâs so delicious which dissolves in the mouth easily like the other sweets.Â
My first ever oven-baked pasta. Although, it wasnât juicy enough as I havenât poured enough white sauce it still had a very yummy taste and cheesy enough.Â
I was never satisfied with my own baked cake. Most of the time, cake never came out in a satisfying way. However, for the first time Iâm truly happy after baking this mango cake . It was not only tasty but also soft enough :)
Unexpectedly, it turned out just perfect on my third attempt â¤ď¸. It tasted like restaurant style kacchi biriyani and the color of the biriyani came out just accurateÂ
For people living in Bangladesh, fuchka is considered as one of the most popular street foods. It has its own unique taste full of sour, spicy, and crispy. And so, I was bored and craving for this delicious baby but couldn't go outside because of lockdown. This made me a chef to prepare my own fuchka platter to fulfill the contentment. It tasted pretty awesome. One thing to keep in mind that while making fuchka, try to give fresh coriander leaves and cucumber slices, it converts the whole fuckha taste into a different level.
When, i was preparing the dough for wonton, i was quite sure that it would be a disaster. As, I always struggled to knead, I tend to skip making foods which includes doing stuffs like knead the flour or wheat. Nevertheless, I still cooked that wonton, and surprisingly the flavour of that wonton was mouth-watering. On the other hand, I prepared pudina chutney too, but the chutneyâs consistency was quite light instead of thick. However, the taste of that chuteny was toothsome
