Pesarattu/Green gram dosa/moong dosa with Nariyal (coconut)chutney #pesarattudosa #moongdosa #greengramdosa #moongchila #healthyfood #dosalovers #pesarattu Ingredients: For Dosa:1 cup soaked green gram,1/2 cup soaked rice,2 green chillies ,1/2 inch ginger,1 onion,salt 1 spoon,1 spoon cumin seed ,cilantro leaves ,onion,ginger(finely chopped).............. For coconut chutney:1 fresh coconut peeled and grated, 2 chilli, 1/2 tsp cumin seed,2 tsp cilantro leaves,1 spoon roasted split chick pea,1 spoon Chopped ginger,5 cashew nuts,1/2 spoon black gram,1/2 spoon lime juice,1/2 spoon salt,1/4 spoon mustard seeds,1 pinch asafoetida,curry leaves.......... Recipe: Dosa:grind all ingredients together by adding water little by little to make dosa consistency,now take a dosa pan,allow to heat,pour small cup of batter & spread it evenly,now sprinkle some chopped onion,ginger and cilantro (not necessary but it enhance taste),apply ghee at edges,and turn around,serve it with any chutney or sambhar.....!!!!! Chutney: mix coconut,ginger,chilli,cashew,cilantro,chick pea,salt ,lemon juice into blender to make a fine paste,now make tampering in hot oil,add mustard,cumin,asafoetida,black gram,curry leaves and pour onto the chutney ,mix well,enjoy with dosa or idli!!!!!!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 (at Brampton, Ontario)
