Top right is a onion mushroom soup loaded with superfoods like fresh ginger, garlic, spinach, kale, bok choy, milled flaxseed, chia seed, chaga mushroom, and ashwagandha. It's amazing, loaded with flavor and is a major immune booster! Bottom left is crockpot cooking. Bone broth, fresh garlic, lean ground Turkey, peppers, onions, tomatoes, again...super foods like milled flaxseed and chia seeds. We also made sure there's a large salad cut up, chicken for quick topping, boiled eggs for grab and go protein, and plenty of decaf green tea with lemon on hand.
