A simple routine to help you detox called "Oil Pulling" I recommend using unrefined coconut oil. 🤔

Sunday 🫶🏽
This past weekend was all about unwinding and rejuvenating, but it also sheds light on the fact that some individuals have a negative attitude toward those who set boundaries.
This is especially important for those with inflammatory, acidic diseases like cancer. Chlorophyll not only cleanses the blood, but it also makes it easier for oxygen to get to your tissues. This will help keep inflammation at bay and support cell health, keeping your body in a balanced, healed (alkaline) state. Eat or drink your leafy greens! 🥬

New Year Detox 101.
Christmas has come and gone. It’s time to build some positive momentum for 2022 and with the madness going on in the world - you should be putting your health very high on your priority list.
My favorite way to build momentum is to detox. Now we all know detoxing has been morphed into crazy fad diets but that’s not what I’m discussing here.
Detoxing to me is about making little changes that make the biggest difference in my health.
So how can you detox for the New Year and build some momentum? Here’s a small list.
1. Cut out excess sugars.
Take a step away from the pastries, fruit juices, cookies, and your Starbucks.
2. Drink more water.
Leave the alcohol, soda, juice behind and try to drink a couple liters per day. It helps your body remove waste and toxins and keeps your entire body hydrated down to the cellular level. Very important.
3. Move your body.
Start taking little walks if you can withstand the chill. Do some indoor yoga. Play with your pets. Movement is not only good for your joints but your mind. And it’s a great way to relieve stress which is a huge factor in what makes us sick.
4. Don’t skip out on sleep.
It’s been studied that those who get poor sleep end up weighing more and dealing with disease & illness more. Try for 8 hours. Don’t try - do.
5. Eat more greens + fermented foods!
Greens have a slew of health benefits including fiber which can help us to to remove waste. Fermented foods have a huge play on our immune system by creating a better environment in our gut. The less you get sick - the less “crap” you carry around.
