I tried the Greenridge Kale And Asiago Chicken Sausage and it was pretty good.

These were skillet cooked and later microwaved.

These had a light smoked chicken taste with a more asigo melted cheese taste that overpowered the kale.

The kale part had less flavor that I couldn't taste it.

This sausage tasted fresh and was firm but chewy in texture with a nice sausage casing snap.

This chicken sausage didn't taste corny and didn't taste salty which is a good thing.

This tasted better than most chicken sausages I tried and was moist and had flavor.

This chicken sausage tasted as good as a pork sausage which surprised me.

I would eat this again with a hot dog bun and toppings.
