Greg Hare: 'The leading edge – Yukon’s place in the developing world of glacial archaeology'
Bio: Greg Hare is the senior projects archaeologist with the Yukon government where he has worked for more than 20 years. He studied anthropology and archaeology at University of Victoria and the University of Alberta. Since 1997 he has been involved in the Yukon Ice Patch Project and has given numerous talks on this research across North America and Europe. He was program chair for Frozen Pasts – the 3rd International Glacial Archaeology Conference in Whitehorse in 2012 and is a founding editor of the Journal of Glacial Archaeology.
