I have almost drained this bottle of Knob Creek Quarter Cask. And tonight is the first night that this bottle has resonated with me. Very honey forward. Kind of like honey on a buttery white biscuit. My son and I just watched Gregor Gillespie (the best fisherman in UFC) absolutely dominate in the second round. Oh, and I am also shopping for more metal shirts. Cheers!
Gregor Gillespie stops Carlos Diego Ferreira in the 2nd!
This is fight of the night thus far. Insane pace for the first 7 minutes of the fight. Can’t even begin to describe some of the grappling exchanges and scrambles that were happening throughout. But after that first round it looked like Gillespie might be dead on his feet as his stumbled to his corner. He kept wrestling though, fighting through Ferreira’s scrambles. Eventually CDF just stopped grappling. Saud was telling CDF to continue the scramble but he sold out on a kimura and just became complacent on his back. Eventually Gillespie passes to mount and pounds on him til the ref stopped the fight. Great come from behind win for Gillespie.

Kevin Lee vs Gregor Gillespie
In his return to lightweight last year, Kevin Lee (18-5) managed to gather back a lot of his momentum by kicking Gillespie’s head off his body. The move to Tristar seems to have done well for him. Lee will face off with Charles Oliveira (28-8) in the main event of UFC on ESPN+ 28 this Saturday (March 14).
