All the details are starting to come together. the bell is from gremlin-bells.com; it’s got this neat little effigy as the clapper and it makes a nice tinkling sound
Well, not superstitious like I mentioned in a previous post but, my bro got me a bad ass bell so, check it out!
The guardian bell.
Mmmmmmm fresh batch of gremlin bells came in the mail. Gifted one to each of my brothers but still don't have one for myself on the new bike yet.
So this random tumblogger approached me not too long ago after I posted something with my brother wearing all white gear. She asked me what helmet he was wearing, notably because it was super white. The MAIN reason she wanted white was because of SAFETY; not because she thought it looked awesome (though I mean come on, the Stig wears white, it's fucking awesome). She is planning on getting a Ruckus, and although it's not a motorcycle, I respect anyone who has the courage to ride anything with two wheels without a metal cage surrounding them. She's been a devoted follower ever since and today is her birthday, and I just wanted to give her a shout out:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINNIE AKA Z32!!! HURRY UP AND GET THAT RUCKUS SO I CAN SEND YOU A BELL!! Hope you had a good one, and thanks for being an awesome follower!
Feel free to use this unique, once in a lifetime coupon when you finally get your two wheeled vehicle, whether it be a scooter or a bike. Be sure to read the fine print as well in high resolution mode.
"Guardian Bells legend is of road spirits attaching themselves to motorcycles as the bikes pass over them. These evil spirits then go about causing mechanical and electrical havoc. The one thing they can't stand is the constant ringing Guardian Bells. Once entrapped in the Guardian Bell, the Guardian Bells constant ringing drives them crazy and they eventually fall to the ground.
Guardian Bell legend goes on to say that when a friend gives a Guardian bell to a biker, the biker is protected from the evil road spirits. And should the biker ever need help, he only needs to ring his Guardian Bell and help will soon arrive."
