I was happily telling my friends my love for The Lord of the Rings when one of them butts in and says "The last movie was so unfair. They were aided by those ghosts (he was referring to the Dead Men of Dunharrow) who couldn't die no matter what you did to them." I seriously wanted to strangle him then and there. Explaining to him the curse and the oath that those men had to fulfill didn't work. It wouldn't get through his thick skull. I guess I should have settled on strangling him instead of wasting my breath.
