This beautiful laddy is called Ben. He one of the many stunning retired Greyhounds looking for a home at the Greyhound Trust. I volunteer a couple of times a month, just to spend some time with them, walk them, play with them. All they want is love and chance are they never really felt what that was until they came here. Not only a bit of time with them would do wonders for them and prepares them for a real home life (rather then a kennel life) , but it also does wonders for me. I find animals great therapy. This past year has been a real tough one for me due to many things and doing this has really helped me in a multitude ways.
