In my headcanon, Fishgill is more like Greypatch's nephew or adopted son.
He (or maybe she) seemed to have a stronger rapport with Greypatch than the other searats.

Greypatch (Mariel of Redwall)
Another pose study, another character design adapted to it! Granted I took what I could from a tiny bit of reference I had for him, and then tried to improvise the rest. He came out a bit more mouse-ish than I intended though. Oh well, I still like how it came out!
