Might be assuming thing rn but way back in religion class I attend to we talked about the evangelist John practically the gospel of John and it was said that he was the only man who was there during the crucifixion of Christ, not hiding like the others. It got me thinking if Airdorf just named him John for sillies rn cause as we know John was the only one who had courage throughout the game(before the ending and pre-ending of chapter 3 where Garcia appears) to face demons and to finish what he had started.
