It seems.. no it WAS.. a long time ago since we had Twisted Individual perform at our parties in Bournemouth, UK, but one thing that is certain it is when Twisted releases an actual new release, that people will take notice !

Wobble by Nature

Whilst waiting patiently for 5 years in his nuclear fallout shelter for the apocalypse to happen, Twisted heard through his short wave radio that it was the year of the comeback, so he’s taken off his tin foil hat and dropped his pitch fork to bring some of his trademark wobbly wibble wobble bass back to remind all you nice folk who the original wobble sultan is! Wobble is Twisted’s middle name, and the title track Wobble by Nature is one of his wobbliest yet.

Requiem for a Wet Dream

Requiem for a Wet Dream is a piece of music composed as a memorial for all the dead careers that are about to happen when twisted drops some of his 30 new tunes. You will need a clean pair of pants and some wet wipes after hearing this one on a dance floor!

V/A - That's What We Call Bass EP Pt.2 (GRIDUK056)

The Grid Recordings crew come together to bring us the 2nd installment of this 'bone-shattering' compilation That's What We Call Bass EP. Featuring another collaborative effort from Tyke & Prestige as well as tracks from the venerable Vital Elements and Rawtee to top things off. With each track progressively building upon the previous track's grotty-sounding basslines, this EP is one to get the place shaking when it drops.

Whilst Tyke & Prestige's collab Cowboy Desperado brings with it the sounds of a grimey roller, Rawtee quickly shifts things up with the jump up flavours in the shape of Throwing Stars VIP. Though you may have already been left battered and bruised by the sheer weight of bass from Rawtee, Vital Elements then brings his slice of the pie to the table with Artificial Intelligence. Sounding like a robot that's gone rogue, Artificial Intelligence's double-layered bass hits home perfectly to satisfy all your skanking needs! Finally to round things off Prestige takes a solo run with his shuffled banger Kill A Man. Half-time percussion, swung drums, and 1950s film samples are mashed together to bring us something truly gripping. Kill A Man.
