The BBQ king again the misses wanted a roast... she got one! But the condition was, it had to be barbecued! Cauliflower cheese was amazing idea as I decided to play with flavour.... glad I did! 300ml whole milk... corn flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, a few sprigs of saffron, garlic granules, salt and pepper, then cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Very good! Anyway, chicken with a beer can up the ass, I used a stout to warm our cockles up as the evening got cooler... smoked with apple wood, bay leaves and sage. The roast pots were Maris pipers... boiled and then on the bbq with thyme, sage, garlic, butter, Rosemarie... Broccoli and carrots steamed... Bread sauce... yorkies... and sage and onion stuffing...
