“But Grillbyyyyy!” Chill whined, “I wanna gooooo!!”

“I said no,” Grillby replied, not pausing his cooking. “You’re going to get drunk and make a mess of things, as usual.”

“Come onnnnn! It’s a game! Everyone’s gonna be there!!”

“Everyone who?”

“I don’t know! A bunch of people! It’s supposed to be really fun!!”

“And?” Grillby moved over to the chopping board to work on his next set of ingredients. “We have work tonight. You can’t go.”

Chill let out a frustrated noise and leaned against Grillby’s back. “You’re no fun! This is why we don't have game nights.”

“No, we don’t have game nights because you drink yourself into a stupor.”

“I don’t need game nights to drink myself into a stupor.”

“True, but you do it outside of work.”

“Technically, I’ll be outside of work when I go.”

Grillby didn’t really have a reply to that. He had finished his work and needed his brother to get off his back. “If I let you go, do you promise not to come back too drunk to talk?”

“Yes!!” Chill immediately stood back up, voice full of excitement, “I promise!!”

“Fine,” he sighed, “but if you come back drunk, I won’t let you go again.”

“Yes!! Thanks, bro!!” Chill ran out of the kitchen before he finished talking. Grillby sighed and shook his head. He knew his brother, and Chill was bound to come back very drunk at the least.

Or have a one night stand and come home hungover.

Looking back at this moment a year later, he would have never guessed that his brother would find someone to fall in love with.

Okay okay! How about I think something crazy? Like- Fusion of Scarby, Flamish and Grillblue x Fusion of Chillby, Grillby (ask-grillbros), and Treeby? Can it be kisses? OwO and can I have both blurb and picture? (sorry if I'm asking too much ._.

The sum of the parts are more than the whole. 

Because the whole was a completely different being. With its own thoughts, emotions, attractions…

The parts were disgusted. Most of them were. Why did there have to be kisses? None of them wanted the kisses. At all.

The wholes, though, definitely wanted the kisses. On the lips. 

The parts groaned, the wholes moaned, and a mass de-fusion happened.

“Gaster? Are you listening?”

The skeleton scientist looked up and blinked at Grillby. Had the elemental been talking? “Sorry, I was not paying attention.”

“Thought as much,” Grillby’s voice was warm and held a smile, “I said, your meal is ready. You should put your worksheets away and enjoy your food, for once.”

“I…” Gaster looked down to his papers. He needed to have this done by tomorrow. “…Very well. Thank you.”

He put the papers away and Grillby placed the food in front of him. “Enjoy.”

Gaster inhaled deeply and smiled. It smelled delicious. “I will. Thank you.”
