This indoor grilled beef recipe combines the rich flavors of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices to create a delicious and easy-to-make dish. Perfect for when you're craving grilled steak but don't want to brave the outdoor elements.
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well. Place the thinly sliced beef in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor. Preheat your indoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the marinated beef from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Place the beef slices on the preheated grill, making sure not to overcrowd the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to your desired doneness. Once cooked to your liking, remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the indoor grilled beef hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
